you a customized report of our findings. This
complimentary tool will give you the knowledge
you need to enhance your property value.

each issue. These services, in combination
with your current grounds contract, represent
a full-service treatment of the property.

AGRONOMIC:
TREE FERTILIZATION: Selective tree
fertilization is important to promote growth
and fight against
disease. We employ a modern direct injection
method for this service. Trees will be selected
in accordance with their need. We can tape
these in advance so you can view them.
TOP SOIL/GRADING: In
some problem spots, a combination of seed
with a new layer of topsoil is often
a necessary combination to maintain healthy,
uniform turf. This occurs most commonly in
heavy clay and shady areas or areas suffering
from
grading problems such as sinkholes on strips
and islands, and depressions around sewers,
drainage pipes, curbs and walkways. Filling
in these potentially
dangerous locations with topsoil and seed
allows for an even and uniform turf that is
easy to
maintain.
SHRUB FERTILIZATION: Along with your
trees, ornamental shrubs likewise benefit
from regular fertilization.
This fertilization helps your many variety
of shrubs battle the onslaught of pests, heat
stress
and disease.
MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPE:
WINTER ANNUAL & BULB
INSTALLATION: A great way to brighten up your
entrance. We
will install
Pansies, daffodil bulbs, and tulip bulbs
to provide color through the winter and a
powerful appearance
in the early spring.
TREE REMOVAL: We recommend
that you remove the following marked trees.
STUMPS FROM ABOVE TREES: Included with this
service is the addition of new topsoil, seeding,
and
straw.
