We will be happy to provide an estimate for lawn or landscape maintenance at no charge. Our definition of a maintenance service is any service that we perform for you on a regular basis. Your presence is not required for a maintenance estimate, as long as your property is easily accessible to our staff. Blade Runners personnel are always in uniform and all of our vehicles are marked. Our estimators are usually able to email a maintenance estimate within 3 to 4 days of your request. Please email or call us for a complimentary maintenance estimate.

($25 fee)

If the work you would like to have done is relatively basic then a landscape estimate is all you need. The $25 landscape estimate fee will be credited back to you upon acceptance of the contract. Our definition of a landscape service is any service that we perform for you on a one time only basis (except for tree services, please see below). One of our landscape estimators will be sent out to your home to walk the property and write you an estimate. Your presence is not required for a landscape estimate. However, if your project requires more thought and deliberation and you would like to meet with one of our talented landscape professionals, then a landscape consultation is what you'll need.

($50.00 fee)

One of our professional landscape designers will meet with you at your home. The consultation fee will be credited back to you with a purchase of $1,000 or more. During the initial consultation the designer will provide you with conceptual ideas for a landscape project, they will also be able to provide you with estimated pricing. They then will prepare an estimate that include the specific work and items you requested along with a simple drawing if needed, and pictures of the plants involved. Should you require a more comprehensive scale drawing then a design contract will be provided at the time of the initial consultation. Fees for the design work will depend on the scope and complexity of the project.

We will be happy to provide an estimate at no charge if the work you would like to have done is relatively basic and you do not need to meet with our representative. Blade Runners personnel are always in uniform and all of our vehicles are marked. Our estimators are usually able to email a tree estimate within 3 to 4 days of your request.

($25 fee)

If the work you would like to have done is more complex and requires a consultation with our tree expert (not our Arborist) there will be a $25 fee.

($150 fee)

Blade Runners has a certified Arborist on staff and in some instances a professional opinion is required for insurance purposes or other considerations. An opinion letter will be provided to you by email within 2 to 3 days of his visit.
