rhubarb, asparagus, potatoes

Blooming: Flowering trees such
as Cherries, peaches, plums, pears
April:
- Lime, fertilize and seed lawn
- Apply pre emergent
crab grass control
- Apply slow release fertilizer
to flowering and shade trees
- Plant cool weather
vegetables outside now.
May:
- Plant summer bulbs such as gladiolus, begonias,
dahlias
- Plant vegetables gardens and herbs
- Fertilize and
seed lawn
- Apply broadleaf weed control to stop
growth of dandelions and other weeds
