Hi Lanelle,  As you can see I have forwarded your email to our new board members.  I’m sure you will hear from one of them soon regarding how they want to establish ongoing contact with you.
You have been great to work with Lanelle, and have always done your level best without fail to assist us in any way you can.
No doubt in my mind that Blade runners is the best!!!!
Best to you, stay well,  Genny

Line Trimmers are a great piece of equipment! They save countless hours of time compared to manual trimming methods. As a result, property owners save valuable budget dollars on the cost of their service.

1 Line Trimmer photoUnfortunately they can be the most damaging piece of equipment on the work site. Unprotected items such as light, fence and mail box posts, siding, and air conditioner units can suffer damage in the long term.

It can be a real challenge for contractors to avoid damage on items that are not protected. Blade Runners does take extra measures with training and even uses growth regulator products to reduce damage. We also warn our clients in our contracts that we are not responsible for damage that does not have an 18” border of protection.

Blade Runners suggests you further protect your property.  There are some simple protection solutions that are not costly but can make a big difference. Take a look at some before and after photos.

Siding:

It is essential to know how to replace vinyl siding and to get a professional to help you with the job to make it with a better material and of the style you like, remember there are  an incredible number of choices from fiber cement to vinyl to engineered wood siding.

Hi there,

The crews that you sent to us to do our first cut/cleaning up and the mulching did a fabulous job.  You sent us some very hard working folks who really paid attention to what they were doing.  I didn’t want them to think that went unnoticed.  If you could please pass along our thanks, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Kristine

Thank you! I wish the board had opted to go with Blade Runners for 2020 – you’re so responsive and helpful it’s very refreshing. If you keep supplying these awesome proposals I can see them changing companies next year. Fingers crossed!

Hi Shannon, thanks for your email!

And don’t worry, I’m not planning to be checking every little detail!, that’s definitely not my way of operating.  I think of this being a collaborative effort, as it always was…

During the past three years, what we (me especially) most missed was never having to micromanage.  There was just no need to micromanage with BR.  When I have told you how highly I regard Blade-runners, that’s not flattery. It’s simply me reporting based on personal experience.

Have a nice evening,  Genny

I initially tried a local “boutique” gardening service, but found they promised a planting date that was unrealistic – continuing to slip as more business came in…

By contrast, Blade Runners gave (and met) a more realistic planting date.  Karen was excellent both in creating the type of front yard we wanted for our townhouse, as well as in providing advice on how to maintain it over the long term.  This was our second experience with Blade Runners in the past year and we’ve been very satisfied both times.

This message is long overdue but I would like to extend my thanks to the hardworking men and women at Blade Runners and share my experience. As President of the Village at Gum Springs HOA I led the decision to switch to Blade Runners in 2018 and would do it again without question. At the beginning of any new relationship there will be misunderstandings and adjustments that need to be worked out. When we were unsure of something or had a concern our account manager, Karen, was prompt, professional and patient.

Communicating with Karen was very easy and helped us to determine the types of services that would best serve our community. On more than one occasion she would come to the community and walk the grounds with the HOA Board. She would identify plant types that could prevent erosion/flooding, point out trees that were healthy or in need of assistance and offer suggestions on how to improve the overall aesthetics of our community. I could tell she genuinely cared about our community and the service her company provided.

At the conclusion of our walkthroughs we received a breakdowns with several options of services and improvements that we could use to improve the worn down and drab areas in our community according to Linton’s In The Garden. The following year we decided to move forward and expand our services with Blade Runners and the result was more than we could have imagined. During the spring of 2019 our community won the “Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation” award for residential beauty! This was the first time our community received an award for anything and we owe it to the hard work from the Blade Runners team. We look forward to working with Blade Runners in the future and hopefully to win another award or two!

Eric and Raul –

Just wanted to send you a quick note regarding Park Glen Heights HOA. I know this is still a very new contract but I had a meeting with the Board President this morning and she just couldn’t say enough nice things about Blade Runners and the awesome work the crew has been doing in the association. The entire board and members of the community are incredibly satisfied with the work that has occurred this year and they feel that they definitely made the right decision on choosing you as the landscaping contract.

Just wanted to pass this along, as I know in this business, too often the only time emails are sent are when there are issues or problems or concerns. As a manager, I try to make sure I pass along “good emails” to vendors as well.

I hope the both of you have a great rest of the day!

On June 4, a commercial customer of Blade Runners, Prince William County Center Owners Association, held a Kids Community Party, near the swimming pool of their complex which have just repaired by the best services. continue here to learn more about this. The event included a moon bounce, DJ dance competitions, arts and crafts, and temporary tatoos. Blade Runners sponsored a KONA Tropical Shaved Ice truck–dispensing free shaved ice to everyone throughout the event.

The Police were present at the party, allowing the kids to sit in the driver’s seat of the cruiser, flash the lights, work the sirens and horns, and speak on the loud speaker. After each child had their opportunity in the police cruiser, the officers gathered the children together to speak about the importance of safety in their lives.

Blade Runners’ account manager for Prince William County Center, Karen Baer, was in attendance at the party. Several HOA board members and unit owners personally thanked her and Blade Runners for sponsoring the shaved ice truck and for having great community spirit.
