In doing Landscape and Grounds Maintenance for the last 38 years, it sometimes happens that you lose a client from time to time.

While we hate that, we understand it is part of the industry but NOTHING makes use happier when that client then returns to us after being with another company.

This is the HIGHEST compliment!

This voicemail was left for us, upon our return to a long term client after leaving for one year.

Thank you Margaret,  we are so happy to be back!

Hi Ingrid, just my 2 cents but I think blade runner did an amazingly good cleaning job after Mondays storm. On Tuesday they got all of the parking lots and walkways cleared of packed snow that had turned into solid ice. Even from oronoco to the walking path. I really appreciate it!

Lanelle –

I am actually writing to you with a positive comment.  I am between meetings tonight and the first meeting featured a blade runners fan club meeting.  The community has had it struggles financially but decided to contract with Blade Runners and quite honestly, I have never heard a board or community produce this type of accolades for a snow removal company or landscape firm.  You were out at the community today and they were all happy to see you – and all agreed that you have done a great job on the snow – and I had to chime in as well letting them know that I get excellent communication from the company about landscape or snowscape matters.

Thanks again for doing a great job for my community and helping me to look good.  I wanted to share with you the positive comments because we often live in the land of complaints!

Pat yourself on the back and thank everyone on your team.

Best regards,

Kris

Eric & Lanelle –

I just wanted to send a quick thank you and give a virtual pat on the back for another great job well done at… Condos in Dale City.  As you may agree, its tough sometimes to hear more complaints than compliments.  So when I have something positive to share, I make it a point to do so!

Once again, unsolicited, I received multiple compliments about the work done by Blade Runners over the past week, in getting and keeping the driving and walking surfaces clear, at Hampton Square Condos in Dale City.  During this same storm, I heard complaints from a number of communities – it was a complicated storm to deal with and once again, Blade Runners has come through for us.

I hope that you enjoy your weekend and that the predicted Sunday snow stays away!

Stay warm and safe,

Kris

… Ballston HOA ,  Your guys are doing a great job clearing the walks and I’ll spread some Ice B’gone this evening.  Thanks for your crews work.

Hi –
I am the new property manager over at… Condos in Dale City. I wanted to be sure that you updated your files and contact information.
I had a board meeting last week and wanted to let you know that in the midst of a long and sometimes slightly contentious meeting, there was a point when I asked about the snow from last week and if there was any feedback that I could give to you, our contractors. I have NEVER heard a group of board members and homeowners so universally sing the praises of ANY contractor. They all agreed that it was “the best snow service we ever had” that Blade Runners “made a huge difference because the next day when other places were refreezing, our driveways and roads were clear.” They thanked you for putting the salt/deicer on the driveways.

I don’t know who my direct contact is with your company – but please do pass along A COMPLIMENT! With my thanks for helping me to look good!
Best wishes for a wonderful holiday and keep up the great work!

**See the product we use on all our sites- Ice B’Gone Magic, this is the coldest working ice control product on the market and works to (-35) degrees and Blade Runners is the only contractor in NOVA to have this product and this is the only ice control certified by the EPA! As it works it lowers the freezing temperature of water so you actually use less product when applied and have less refreezing and less repeat applications so that is better for all aspects for the property and the environment as you are using less and fewer applications on the site. It can even melt up to 2″ of snow as it falls, and keeps it from bonding and freezing to the service, making the clearing operation more effective.
We use this on the walks and the roadways and pre and post treatments – https://www.blade-runners.com/ice-bgone-magic-information/

See our Box Plow Video.

“I think you all did a great job at Briarwood Condos. Great job in the parking lot and an unbelievably great job at 4:30 am getting our side walks done. Thank you so much!”

My name is Janine Leete and I am president of the Pavilions Cluster in north Reston, a community of 34 single family homes. Many thanks for the on-going progress updates. I have been able to share the information with the residents and that has gone a long way toward managing expectations. Several residents have e-mailed me and asked me to pass on their compliments to Blade Runners and the plow operators. We in the Pavilions have been quite impressed with the service. Somehow the driver(s) assigned to our little neighborhood managed to keep an open lane throughout almost the entire storm. We don’t know how they did it but we are grateful. Having heard from other cluster presidents who have contracts with other companies and have yet to even see a plow, I realize just how lucky we are.  Our thanks to the driver or drivers who worked our property on Friday and Saturday. Their diligence and hard work is appreciated.

Regards,

We saw your most recent report and hope you know that we are very grateful for your great service.  Please do not think that we believe anything different.  We know your crews are operating in extraordinary conditions.  The most important thing is the safety of you and your crews.  Please have them get some rest. The storm will pass.  We will dig out.  If it takes a couple of days, so what?  Please assure your crews that we appreciate all they have done.  There is an emergency lane in our community if we needed it. That is all we need.  Everything else will dig out, when you can. Please take heart that we believe you have done great work in terrible conditions with a storm that we will all remember for many years to come.
